A consortium of UAE-based Petrofac International and Indonesia's Inti Karya Persada Tehnik (IKPT) has been provisionally selected for the contract to build the new 4.3-million-tonne-a-year liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant at Arzew following the public opening of commercial bids on 12 July.
