Eng. Khalid Mohammed Saleh Al Mulla, Director of Buildings Department at Dubai Municipality, said the department would play a key role in maintaining the appearance of the Emirate of Dubai through its stringent monitoring of the existing buildings, and the extent of its commitment to the laws and requirements of the construction.
