Q. What type of access can I have to MEED.com?
As a MEED.com user, you can sign up either for (1) Free Registered Content or (2) subscribe to MEED (print and online) for full access to exclusive Subscriber Only Content.
(1) Free Registered Content
The website includes some FREE content to give non-subscribers a taste of the benefits of a full subscription to MEED. As part of registering for free content, you will have access to:
MEED Daily newsletter –The latest breaking Middle East business news delivered direct your email, six days a week.
MEED Weekly newsletter - selected in-depth news, features and analysis available in MEED magazine that week, delivered direct to your email every Friday.

Q. I subscribe to MEED, and activated my online subscription on the old website. How do I log in now?
If you already activated your online access on the old MEED.com, you will now need to sign in with the email address you originally activated with (not your old username), and the password you set up at that time. Please note that your email address does not need to be case sensitive, but your password needs to be entered exactly as you did when you set up your account.
Once logged in, you will be asked to take a minute to update all of your details and select which MEED newsletters you would like to receive. If you can't remember your password, please use the forgotten password tool on the log in page – simply enter your email address (this will have to be the one you originally activated your online access with), and we will send it to you.

Q. I only subscribe to MEED magazine, how do I get access to all the content on MEED.com?
If you are only receiving MEED magazine, you are only receiving half the intelligence you need to grow your business in the Middle East. MEED.com is home to all the latest news, features, commentary, tenders, events and insight and is updated 6 days a week to ensure that you can always stay on top of the latest developments in your country and industry.
To upgrade your subscription, simply contact your local Customer Services department.
Q. Do I have to login to MEED.com each time I visit?
No, all you need to do is make sure the 'Remember Me' box is checked when you log in. This will set a cookie on your computer, which, providing you do not log out, will always remember you on that machine.
Each time you revisit the site, you will need to confirm that it is you by clicking 'Sign In' next to your name on the top of the page (you won't need to enter your details again). This is an extra security measure, to ensure no one else uses your account.
Q. I am having problems logging in to MEED.com, what should I do?
You should check that you are entering the correct email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the 'Forgotten Password' tool, and this will take you to a page, where you can enter your email address (the one you are registered with), and we will email you your password.

Q. How do I change my registration details, including my email address and password?
All of your registration details are held in Your Profile section. When you are logged into the site, you will see 'Signed in' at the top of the page, and your name will appear.
To access your details, you can either click on your display name or My Profile, this will take you through to your profile page, where you can make any changes you need to. Once you have updated your details, you must make sure to save them by clicking the "Amend" button at the end of the page.
2. Subscribing to MEED
Q. How do I subscribe to MEED?
The easiest and quickest way to subscribe to MEED is online. You subscribe online, or alternatively, you can contact our Customer Services department.

A subscription to MEED includes the complete package of Middle East business intelligence. Click here to find out more.
Q. How do I activate my exclusive subscriber only online access?
You will only be able to activate your online subscription if you are a full subscriber to MEED (print and online).
If you subscribe only to MEED magazine, please contact your local Customer Services department to upgrade your subcription.
To activate your online access, you will require your subscriber number, as you will need to enter this, along with the surname of the magazine recipient, to activate your online subscription. To get your subscriber number, please contact your local Customer Services department. Alternatively, it can be found on the address label on your weekly magazine (see image below), on your subscription acknowledgement letter or email, or on any renewals correspondence from us.
For example, this is where you will find your customer reference number on your MEED mailing/ address label. If there are any letters listed at the end of the number, please ignore them.

Once you have your subscription number, simply click on 'My Subscription' on the homepage, and select the option to 'Activate Subscription' and follow the steps to set up your online account. If your surname or subscription number aren't recognised, you need to contact our Customer Services department and they will be able to confirm your subscription number.
Q. How do I amend the delivery address for my magazine?
To amend your delivery address for MEED magazine, please contact your local Customer Services department
Q. How do I cancel my subscription to the MEED?
Subscribers can cancel their subscriptions at any time by contacting the Customer Services department. Your refund will be worked out based on the number of issues you have remaining. Subscription cancellations will prevent future billings on your account.

3. Receiving Newsletters
Q. I used to be signed up to receive the MEED.com daily email newsletter, and now I have stopped receiving it. What should I do?
MEED.com recently improved its FREE content and newsletter services. This means if you use to receive a daily newsletter, you will need to register your details again and you will have access to much more. Click here to register now. As part of registering for free content, you will have access to:

Q. How do I sign up for MEED email newsletters?
In order to sign up for our email newsletters, you must first register on MEED.com. If you have not yet registered, you can select which newsletters you sign up for during the registration process – register now.
If you have already registered, you simply need to sign in and go to Your Profile page, and you can select any MEED newsletters you are interested in.
Q. I signed up for MEED email newsletters, but have not received any – why is this?
There could be a few reasons for this. Firstly, you should check that the email address you provided is correct and working. Another possibility is that your mail server is blocking our emails, as it sees them as spam. To check this, either look at your privacy settings on your computer, or speak to your IT department to add MEED to your safe list.
You should also check your junk mail folders, to see if the emails have gone there, and if so, you should select option to identify these newsletters as safe.
4. Unsubscribing
Q. How do I unsubscribe from receiving MEED email newsletters?
This can be done in Your Profile – as well as updating your details, you can opt in and out of email newsletters. Alternatively, when you receive an email you wish to unsubscribe from, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom.
