Project Overview
Located to the east of Abu Dhabi International
Airport and the Abu Dhabi-Dubai highway, this project is spread over 12 sq km and comprises five villages, each with its own school and mosques.
The town centre will contain civic buildings, a mall, a hospital, office space, a hotel and a sports and leisure complex.

Gulf Precast ahead of target in Al Falah Development
Gulf Precast Concrete Company LLC, the largest precast manufacturer in the United Arab Emirates, announced the achievement of a key construction milestone ahead of programme, with the completion of the Villas' Precast Works of Village 2 (1059 villas) at Al Falah Community Development. In parallel, the precast works in Village 3 (1010 villas) is well under progress with 60% completed.
