Project Overview
The King Abdullah
Financial District will be spread over 3.5 sq km in the Saudi capital, with a built-up area of 1.6 sq km.
It will house the headquarters of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadwul) and the Capital Market Authority. The project also includes a financial academy for 5,000 students, hotels and restaurants.
