6. Lusail Mixed-use Development
Project Overview
The Lusail Scheme is
the largest real estate project in Qatar and will eventually cover an area of about 35 sq km by the Al-Qutaifiyah Lagoon, to the north of Doha.
It is being developed in phases and will accommodate up to 200,000 residents once complete.
The project has now moved from EPC bid to execution, and the budget has been revised upwards to $33bn.
