Project Overview
Also known as Medstar, the Arriyadh plan
aims to create two suburban cities and five smaller centres around Riyadh to help cope with its annual growth rate of about 8 per cent. The suburban cities will each house 500,000 people with the sub-centres housing 1.25 million people in total.
