Albert Speer & Partner (AS&P) has started work on the schematic designs for a new criminal court complex near Salem park in Riyadh. The project centres on the construction of a 15-storey building with a built-up area of about 45,000 square metres. Rising to a height of 75 metres, the complex will include car parking and extensive landscaping. The main construction packages are due to be tendered around the second quarter of 2007. Imar Urban Consultants is the local consultant. Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) is the client.
