Kuwait extends Al-Zour pipeline bidding deadline

State upstream operator Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) has extended the bidding deadline for the contract to build an oil pipeline network serving the planned refinery at Al-Zour for the fourth time. The deadline has been postponed from 18 November to 16 December.
