Bids in for Subiya expressway

Kuwait's United Gulf Construction Company (UGCC) is the low bidder for the third phase of the Jahra-Subiya expressway with a bid of KD41.3m ($151m). Mohammed Abdulhmohsin al-Kharafi & Sons is the second lowest with a bid of $156m. The local Burhan International Construction Company came in third with a bid of $160m.
