Omran seeks interest in Duqm hotel contract

The Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran) is inviting selected contractors to express interest in building a hotel at Duqm.

Tenders for the 18-month contract are expected in March. 

It involves the construction of a four-star hotel with 204 rooms and 28 chalets with a ballroom, banquet room, and spa. The works also include ancillary structures, such as a staff accommodation building, chiller plants and a sewage treatment plant.

The total built-up area is 45,000 square metres. The site area is 208,000 square metres.
