EIB provides $60 million for M'Sila
The European Investment Bank (EIB) is to make available more than $60 million to Egypt-based Orascom Construction Industries (OCI)to build and operate Algeria's M'Sila cement works 250 kilometres south of Algiers. It is the first greenfield commercial financing in Algeria, and entails the construction of a $260 million plant, which will have a production capacity of 2 million tonnes a year.
