Her Highness Sheikha Lubna Al Qassimi, the Minister of Foreign Trade, UAE and Honourable Dato' Sri Mustapa Mohammed, the Minister of International Trade and Industry, Malaysia will officiate the opening of the fourth Malaysia Services Exhibition - MSE 2011 - at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), on Sunday, 17 April 2011.
