The Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC) today hosted a Spanish delegation headed by Mrs Angeles Munoz Uriol, Mayoress of Marbella, Spain and member of the Andalusian Parliament. The delegation was received by H.E Falah Al Ahbabi, General Manager of the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council at the UPC's offices.
