Beltone Private Equity and Acumen Asset Management have established a joint venture Acumen Beltone that aims to invest in the Egyptian real estate sector. Acumen Beltone's mandate comprises of both inception and management of real estate funds. Acumen Beltone will be seeded by both parties equally, 50% Beltone and 50% Acumen.
