Press Release: Bena Properties signs $19.8m contract with DEPA, assigned with the complete fit-out works on Yasmeen Rotana Hotel
Bena Properties, the real estate development and investment arm of Cham Holding, contracted the UAE based company, DEPA, to provide the complete fit-out and loose furnishings of the 5-star Yasmeen Rotana Hotel. The $19.8m contract includes the execution of the complete fit-out works of all the hotel's rooms including the executive suites, ambassador suites and the royal suite.
