Dubai Properties Group's (DPG) a member of Dubai Holding has witnessed strong business performance across its real estate portfolios since the beginning of 2011. Occupancy of the built-to-lease properties at Ghoroob and Shorooq in Mirdif has exceeded 80%. Elsewhere, Layan and Al Khail Gate have both touched the 90% occupancy mark and the Nuzul staff accommodation is now 93% leased.
