Led by project deliveries in the UAE and international markets, and the robust performance of its hospitality and leisure and shopping malls & retail businesses, Emaar Properties PJSC recorded a net profit of Dhs421m ($115m) in the first quarter of 2011 and a revenue of Dhs1.983bn ($540m).
