Emaar to meet investors over delayed projects

Dubai-based Emaar Properties plans to meet with representatives of 380 investors who are threatening legal action over two delayed residential projects, Meed has reported. The Claren One and Burj 29 Boulevard developments were originally scheduled for completion in February 2010. However, investors have been informed that the project will not be finished until February 2011. A source close to the investors' representatives said the group is willing to take legal action if the issue is not resolved to their satisfaction, the magazine reported.
