Emirates Central Cooling Corporation (Empower), the largest district cooling service provider in the region, has urged real estate developers participating at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2011 to switch from conventional cooling systems to district cooling, in order to save natural resources and environment and decrease maintenance and operating costs.
