Dubai-based Kele Contracting, a construction firm established in 2005 in partnership with Enshaa PSC and Australian affiliate Kele International Holdings, is expanding into the KSA market. Kele Contracting Saudi Arabia has registered an office in the Kingdom and entered into a joint venture and strategic partnership with Al Suwaiket Contracting and Construction.
