Spend on building construction in Oman is expected to reach more than US$27bn by 2014 according to research from Ventures, on behalf of The Big 5 2011. Mixed use, airports and hotel building are the three most active sectors over the next three years in the Sultanate, with mixed use accounting for more than 30% of total budgets.
