Panasonic Marketing Middle East, under the consultation of Middle East Centre for Sustainable Development (MECSD), is on course to achieving U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED certification for existing buildings at the Middle East and Africa headquarters, located in Dubai, by 2012.
