RW Armstrong, a global engineering consulting and design firm with headquarters in the U.S. and offices throughout the U.S. and MENA, announced that it has promoted senior associate Mona Salem to vice president. In this capacity, Ms. Salem will expand upon her role as UAE country manager to grow the firm's presence in the region, manage the operations of its Middle Eastern headquarters, and run its global building design services.
