Press Release: Saar Central announces the completion of all testing and commissioning of its villas
Saar Central, Capivest's premier real estate project, has announced the completion of all testing and commissioning of its villas, allowing villa transfers to homeowners to begin. This follows the Bahrain Electricity & Water Authority's (EWA) recent completion of all works on the 66KVA sub-station located within the Saar Central development and the installing of individual villa electric meters, allowing the Saar Central homes to be fully connected to the national electricity grid.
