Sorouh Real Estate PJSC 'Sorouh', the Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer, has announced a new plan in which tenants of Sun Tower will have the right to own their apartment after three years of leasing and convert 90% of the rent paid into equity. This will give tenants the opportunity to own Grade A residential property in one of Abu Dhabi's premier precincts, on Shams Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island.
