Prime headline rents have remained broadly unchanged in the first half of 2011, although greater incentives have been offered according to a report released by Knight Frank. The limited movement in prime rents during H1 2011 has brought a degree of stability to the Abu Dhabi office market following a period of falling rents during 2008-2010.
