The Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI), the training arm of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD), has signed a flagship agreement of cooperation with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and agreed to bring the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Institute to the GCC region for the first time ever.
