La Fontana di Trevi, a Dhs80m residential development, has become the first property project in the Arjan master community to receive electricity connection from Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), paving the way for its developer, Dubai-based Triveni Builders and Promoters Ltd, to begin the handover of apartments to investors and individual home owners.
