Bomb attacks kill 30 in Algiers

At least 30 people were killed in two bomb attacks in Algiers on 11 April, raising fears in the country of a return to the instability of the civil war era.According to the official APS news agency one of the bombs destroyed part of the façade of the prime minister's building in the centre of the capital while a second bomb hit Bab Ezzouar on the city's eastern outskirts.
