Former militant wounded in car bomb
Former militant leader Mustapha Kertali was seriously wounded in a car bomb blast on 14 August in Larba, south of Algiers. Kertali's car exploded after he left morning prayers at a local mosque. No one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
