Morocco calls on Algeria to negotiate on Western Sahara

Morocco said on 30 October that it was up to Algeria to restart stalled negotiations on settling the Western Sahara dispute. Speaking at the UN headquarters in New York, Moroccan ambassador to the UN Mohammed Bennouna said a solution could only be reached if the two countries met face-to-face and talked.
