Search intensified for missing tourists in Algeria
German and Austrian police have travelled to Algeria to aid an investigation into the disappearance of 29 foreign tourists in the Sahara desert over the past few months. Eight Austrian visitors became the latest to go missing a week ago, and other groups, among them 16 Germans, four Swiss and a Dutchman, have vanished.
