ACC signs cement plant loan agreement
Algerian Cement Company (ACC), a subsidiary of Egypt's Orascom Construction Industries (OCI),signed on 27 June a $112 million debt package to part-finance the construction of a second cement production line at its M'sila plant, 240 kilometres southwest of Algiers.
