Drilling firm issues bond
Local drilling company National Company for Drilling Works (ENTP) has issued an AD 8,000 million ($110 million) two-tranche bond, arranged by Banque Exterieur d'Algerie. The instrument consists of a AD 4,450 million ($61.2 million) five-year portion paying an annual 3.3 per cent, and a AD 3,500 million ($48.8 million) portion paying 3.5 per cent. Subscriptions were received in excess of AD 10,000 million ($137.5 million).
