Aramco defies gloom with launch of Ras Tanura package
State energy firm Saudi Aramco and the US’ Dow Chemical Company are to defy the gloom surrounding the downstream energy sector by launching the first package on the upgrade of the Ras Tanura integrated refinery and petrochemicals complex by the end of January.
