Arzew helium up in air
The 27 September bid deadline for the estimated $80 million engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract to develop a 600 million-cubic-feet-a-year helium plant at Arzew has been delayed by three months in order to allow more time for companies to prepare bids.
