Bids under evaluation for new helium plant
Technical bids are under evaluation from three companies for an estimated $80 million engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract to develop a 600 million-cubic-feet-a-year (cf/y) helium plant at Arzew. The bidders are the US' Air Products & Chemicals, Germany's Lindeand Air Liquide of France.
