Gaz de France denies Gassi Touil deal
Gaz de France has denied reports that it will replace the Spanish consortium of Repsol and Gas Natural on the Gassi Touil scheme. The estimated Eur 5,000 million ($6,800 million) project will develop the country's first integrated liquefied natural gas project, in partnership with Algeria's state energy company Sonatrach.'There is no proposal for Gaz de France to develop Gassi Touil,' said a Gaz de France spokesperson.
