Target Engineering wins Qatar contract

Target Engineering Construction Company has been awarded a 40.2 million Qatari riyal ($11m) contract by Fisia Italipiamti/QEWC for the electrical erection, instrumentation and control works at Qatar - Ras Abu Fontas Phase A1 Desalination Plant. The company is also currently working on two other projects in Qatar, namely the erection, testing and commissioning works for the 400 KV substation for Mesaieed Combined Cycle Power Plant (23 million riyals); and the Qatalum Project - Service Areas and Pot Room Building for the Qatar Petroleum & Hydro Aluminum (71.4 million riyals).
