Aramco relaunches Yanbu export refinery bids

The joint venture of Saudi Aramco and the US' ConocoPhillips has confirmed the relaunch of construction bids for the 400,000 barrel-a-day (b/d) Yanbu export refinery on the country's Red Sea coast.
