Bids in for Skikda project management
State energy company Sonatrach is evaluating bids for the four-year project management consultancy (PMC) contract covering the construction of a 4 million-tonne-a-year (t/y) liquefied natural gas (LNG) train at Skikda. The client is aiming to award the contract by the end of the first quarter of 2005.
