Bids opened for refinery projects consultancy
Naftec, the refining subsidiary of state oil company Sonatrach, on 26 June opened technical offers from six international companies for the post of project management consultant (PMC) on the rehabilitation and upgrade of the Algiers and Skikda refineries. The upgrades are part of a $450 million modernisation programme.
