Chinese sign Adrar refinery contract
State-owned Sonatrach on 14 July announced the signing of a $350 million contract with China National Petroleum Company (CNPC)subsidiary, China National Oil & Gas Exploration & Development Corporation (CNODC), for construction of a refinery in the Saharan town of Adrar, 1,500 kilometres southwest of Algiers.
