China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC) has been awarded by state energy company Sonatrach and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) the $106 million contract to develop oil production and treatment facilities to provide crude for the Adrar refinery in central Algeria.
