CNPC wins refinery contract
China National Petroleum Company ( CNPC) has won the $392 million contract to build a condensate topping refinery at the site of the existing Skikda refinery in the northeast. CNPC beat off competition from the French office of Italy's Saipem, which offered a price of $464 million. The client is state energy company Sonatrach.
