Gassi Touil delayed yet again

State energy company Sonatrachannounced on 18 March that the award of the giant Gassi Touil gas development project has been postponed until mid-November. The surprise announcement came just three weeks after Energy & Mines Minister Chakib Khelil had confirmed the original award date, scheduled for 27 March.
