ITB out for Tinhert GTL
State energy company Sonatrachhas issued an invitation to bid for the contract to develop an integrated gas-to-liquids (GTL) project in the Tinhert block, 60 kilometres north of In Amenas in the southeast. Technical bids are expected by the end of July. After an initial evaluation and negotiation period, bidders will be given 45 days to submit commercial proposals based on a single bid parameter. A data room will be open from 16-30 April.
