Kirkuk-Beiji pipeline repaired
Engineers have repaired a major pipeline linking Kirkuk's oil fields with the northern refinery of Beiji after sabotage attack in late December interrupted pumping, the North Oil Company said. The official added that pumping to the refinery resumed two hours before Beiji's reserves were due to run out. Since the attack, the refinery has depended on reserves usually kept for use during wars, the official said. About 300,000-400,000 barrels a day will be pumped to the refinery. A ...
