Kufpec buys into Algerian field

State-owned Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (Kufpec) announced on 18 November that it had acquired a 40 per cent stake from the US' Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in Block 406 b, located in the Berkine basin.
